I am a highly experienced, multi award-‐winning Producer/Director & Photographer. I made the transition from Photography to Film over 20 years ago and these years of experience, in varying roles, has given me unrivalled experience which I can bring to every project. I have worked with some of the world’s largest names & brands (David Beckham & John Cleese to name but two). With my experience in photography I am also a very capable lighting cameraman who is able to produce very creative and visual pieces of work, either within a team or working on my own. My reputation reflects my consistent execution of projects with meticulous attention to detail, organisation and above all quality. I am always looking to improve styles and advance techniques and I’m adept in all forms of media from TV Commercials to Pop Promos and from Corporate Films to Documentaries and Feature Films.
My most acclaimed work, ‘The Conkerers’ won extensive global accolade and the Bronze Palm in the Mexican International Film Festival. In addition I have been given tribute in Commercial Awards over the years for ‘Road Respect’, ‘Krash TV’, ‘NHS Hands’ and ‘Anti Social Fires’. All of these projects demonstrated my professionalism, technical skill and talent for production. I am also very proud to have been involved with the Bafta & Emmy award winning documentary ‘The Boy Whose Skin Fell Off’ Following Johnny Kennedy through the last months of his life before succumbing to the terrible disease Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). I have completed a documentary for the NHS following the stories of 3 women over 3 years who were given the devastating news that they had been diagnosed with breast cancer and had to go through the ordeal of breast reconstruction. More recently I have produced and directed projects for NoBullying.com and I have worked closely and mentored students on a project for Gateshead College.
