Quality designed for time proven results. Quality design, workmanship and materials have made our conventional bare root transplanters the proven leaders for over 65 years. These models can plant over 50 plants per minute, depending on plant spacings. Two operators feed the seedlings into rubber grippers which hold and protect the plant as it is guided into the furrow. A variety of optional plant holders are available for different type of seedlings. There is also an optional holder for your small greenhouse cell plants. Field spacing adjustments are easily made by changing sprockets. • Adjustability - closing guides, seats, footrest and plant box locations are all adjustable to your individual needs to assure faster and more comfortable planting. • Solid steel chain tighteners prevent packing wheel slippage. • Heavy duty drive chains, conveyor chains and cast iron sprockets minimize breakage downtime. • Grease fittings - all moving parts have grease fittings for a long and dependable life span. Holland’s “Old Faithful” is just that. A transplanter with all the basic features. It will plant anything you can hold in your hand. Bulbs, plants, cuttings, seedlings, plugs, pots, seeds, potted cuttings, tree stock, nursery stock and grape rootings to name a few. Properly equipped it can handle large or small nursery stock from gallon containers to items as small as acorns.

For planting greenhouse tray plug plants, our rotary planting unit is number one in it's field. That's why we call it the Rotary One. With only one operator, this efficient machine will plant more than 60 plants per minute. After an initial setting is made to fit your desired depth and plant spacing, plants are dropped into the rotating cups and the planter does the rest. Spacing and plant depth are both very uniform. This transplanter can be used as a single row unit mounted on a three point hitch, or any number of units can be mounted onto either a toolbar or a tractor-drawn main frame. In addition to the many standard features, available options include coulter blades, cultivator attachments, different plant holding trays and your choice of seats.

As a Cultivator The Multivator is being used by some of the largest growers in the country to eradicate weeds. It can be adjusted to handle all crops and row widths. Weeds cannot escape the rotating L-shaped blades, and row middles are quickly cleaned. The soil is left level to aid in harvesting. Side shields are removable so that loose dirt may be sifted over the growing plant row. Forward speeds up to 6 mph may be obtained, while horse-power remains at a minimum.

As a Renovator Proven through years of effective renovation in strawberry production, the Multivator is known as the “Strawberry Special”. Hardened steel blades cut back runners, and reestablish rows to a productive width. Mulch can be incorporated into hard packed row middles. Ridger attachments push loose soil back onto the row. Maintain your berry crops with minimum time and investment.

As an Incorporator The Multivator’s fertilizer hopper and side banding equipment allows for direct placement of fertilizer where it is needed most. The forward rotating blades mix more effectively.
