**** In the reference 1st cited, Finance Department have issued U.O.Note.No. FIN01-
FMU0RBAB (WEL1)/1/2019, dt.23-07-2019 allotting Rs.6.82 Crores to A.P Residential institutions in the State to take up the immediate repairs as found necessary in the A.P Residential institutions consequent to the inspections/night halts by the District Collectors. Government have also instructed to authorize the District Collectors to sanction & take up the repair works to the extent of the budget allocated to them, as per the requirements discerned during their inspections/night halts, duly ensuring that the sanctions under the Head of Account pertain to the category of repair and not to the Capital Head of Accounts.
The Secretary, APREI Society vide reference 2nd cited has requested all District Collectors in the state to issue the sanctioning orders towards repairs to existing building in APR Institutions on the basis of the funds allocated. The list of District wise sanction amount is as follows:

Therefore, all the Principals mentioned in the list are here by instructed to meet the concerned District Collector and request to arrange to the start the work immediately.
The AGO/RDS are also instructed to take necessary action on the above issue and see that the work should be started immediately and report Competence.
