2. Usage Environment 2.1. Supported OS

This system is available on the following OS. - Windows 10

2.2. Supported Browser This system is available on the following browsers. - Internet Explorer 11 - Microsoft Edge based on Chromium

2.3. Screen Size and Character Size

All layouts are based on the 1024*768 full screen sizes. Character size is set to medium as a standard. When you specify the character size other than the medium, the screen display may become fuzzy. When you use non-Japanese OS, please install Japanese fonts. (If Japanese is set for the displayed

3.2. Page Switching Operation on the List Screen

Page switching on the List Screen is commonly displayed as follows Detailed Item Description

Number Description

(1) Move the displayed list to the previous page.

When page switching is unnecessary, or the page is the first page, this is not displayed.

(2) Move the displayed list to the next page.

When page switching is unnecessary, or the page is the last page, this is not displayed.

(3) Specify the data position directly to be displayed. The display does not switch till (4)

button is clicked.

When page switching is unnecessary, this is not displayed.

(4) Switch the display to the position specified in (3).

(5) Specify the number of data displayed on one page of the list. The display does not switch

till (8) button is clicked.

(6) Specify the item order of the list. The display does not switch till (8) button is clicked.

(7) Specify the order of the list such as ascending or descending. The display does not

switch till (8) button is clicked.

(8) Display the screen again with conditions specified in (5) - (7).

Note: Unless otherwise specified, entered information such as checkboxes will be reset during page switching.

3.3. Search Condition

Search condition on the search screen is displayed as follows. The relation between search condition and each search item is AND Search. The multiple items can be selected by the same search items, the search is executed by OR search

Example

In the example above, search is conducted with the following conditions. ( ( Survey status = ”Not surveyed”) OR ( Survey Status = ”Survey error” ) ) AND (Survey method = “Supplier WEB survey”) Number of Search Results If number of search results that is sorted by specified condition exceeds the upper limit of the system setting, the search becomes an error. Add search conditions and re-do the search

3.4. English/Chinese Version

On English/Chinese version screen, the displayed contents are switched to English/Chinese. However, Japanese may be displayed when there is no language distinction as a common item.

3.5. Main Task Procedures 3.5.1. Parts Survey Request Task

For suppliers, survey request for parts is conducted using Supplier Web. For suppliers who do not join Supplier Web, Survey Slip can be created to conduct survey individually.

1) Registering Survey Request Information Parts survey request data is registered. The survey request data can be registered using any of the following methods. (1) Entry from the screen (refer to the 4.4.1 [Survey Request Register] Menu). (2) Batch register by creating the CSV file (refer to the 4.4.2 [Survey Request Batch Register] Menu). (3) File link from other systems

When the survey method is [Individual survey]

2)Outputting Survey Slip Survey slip is output from 4.4.5 [Survey Slip IndividualOutput] Menu. The survey slip that has been output needs to be sent by e-mail.

3)Registering Survey Results The survey results obtained are registered to the system from 4.5 [AIS/MSDSplus Register] Menu. The survey results that have not been requested from this system can also be registered.

4)Confirming Survey Status/Results Survey results and status are referred from the 4.3.1 [Parts Information Reference] Menu.

3.5.2. Item Aggregation Task – Item Reply/Disclosure Task

Based on the survey results of original parts obtained from 3.5.1 [Parts Survey Request Task] menu, own item data is created and Item data is disclosed to supplier Web. Item data created other than this system can also be registered and disclosed.

<When creating item data by performing accumulation calculation in this system> <When registering item data created outside of this system>

1) Registering Item Composition Information Item composition information to be disclosed is registered. Survey request data can be registered using any of the following methods. (1) Entry from the screen(refer to 4.7.3 [Register and Change Item Composition Information] Menu. (2) Batch register by creating a CSV file(refer to 4.7.1 [Register Item Composition Information] Menu). (3) File link from other systems.

2) Request for creating and Approving Item Data Accumulation calculation from the survey results of respective parts is performed based on Item Composition Information for the registered items, and item data is created. (Refer to 4.7.4. [Item Aggregation] Menu.) After creating item data, approval request is conducted. (Refer to 4.8.1 [Item Information Reference]Menu)

3) Approval and Specifying Disclosure Destination for Item Data The registered item data is approved and disclosure destination is specified. (Refer to 4.8.1 [Item Information Reference] Menu)

1)Registering Item Data The created item data is registered in the system along with the CSV file in which item information is described. Depending on [Register Request Section] of the CSV file in which item information is described, subsequent tasks differ. Subsequent tasks are unnecessary, when [Register Request Section] is [3:Register].

3)Approval and Specifying Disclosure Destination for Item Data The registered item data is approved and disclosure destination is specified. Item (Refer to 4.8.1 [Item Information Reference]Menu)

2)Requesting Approval for Item Data The registered item data is requested for approval. (Refer to 4.8.1 [Item Information Reference] Menu.)

3.5.3. Item Survey Reply Task

When receiving a survey request from other companies, that request information can be registered and replied. If data already exists that has been disclosed in 3.5.2 [Item Aggregation Task - Item Reply/Disclosure Task], it will be replied automatically in system

1) Registering and Confirming the Contents of Survey Request If it is the survey request from Supplier WEB, the contents of request are confirmed. When requested individually, the request information is entered. (Refer to 4.6.1 [Item Survey Receipt Reference] Menu.)

3)Approving item data is already created

When item data is not created yet.

2) From Registering to Disclosing of Item Composition In 3.5.2 [Item Aggregation Task – Item Reply/Disclosure Task], the following steps are conducted. 1) Registering item composition information 2) Creating item data 3) Approving item data and specifying disclosure destination

3)Replying Survey Request Survey results are replied to a survey requester. (Refer to 4.6.1 [Item Survey Receipt Reference] Menu.)

4. Details on Each Screen

4.1. Login Login to the system.

(1) Enter User ID and Password, and then select [Language]. If Language is Default, the previously configured language is displayed after the login. (2) Execute login process.

4.2. Task Menu and Guidance

Select a task to operate on Task Menu. In Guidance, the data status, the number of the data status and each notification can be confirmed.

(1) Select a task. (2) Number of each status is displayed. Click the link to move to the list screen. Please click Refresh button if you want to refresh screen during operation. Since the items described below are lined abreast on the file format template, enter the information along with the format. Delete rows other than you entered such as pre-set index or sample at first, and then register it with [.csv] extension instead of [.xls] for creating file easily.
