    - not clear/incomplete or contradictoryinformation provided about the program(refund policy for instance)

    - lack of couching at the beggining (aftersinging the contract and before startingsearch for internships)

    I feel that I had (and still have) alot of

    unanswered questions. For example I wasnot told which dates I would need to be outthere until I asked. This information is vitalas without it I could not book flights/sort outa visa etc. I have been given no informationregarding the visa other than that I needone. I do not know where I am staying or

    where I will be based during theprogramme. I am hoping this informationwill be given to me soon.

    The project I was working with didn't follow anyof the topics of the contract. They as well earnmoney out of our work. The project alwaystalked about creating an impact on the society

    but actually I didn't give any lessons to peoplethat really needed them, that couldn't afford anenglish course. Also they give contradictoryadvertisement, making us part of the addcampaigns. After this experience I don't believe Icreated an impact on the society, and I didn'thad the time (because all of the hours I had towork) to know about the culture or to travelaround Brazil.

    job-description: in most of the cases in PadangIndonesia the job description differed extremelyfrom the activities that should be done! Forexample: intern who wanted to teach french

    should now teach german and english. Or like inmy case: i only signed up for english but than ishould also teach german. other interns shouldalso take part in complete other projects thathad nothing to do with their actual internship.
