THIS MANAGEMENT CONTRACT (“Contract”), dated this day xx / xx/ xx, is madeBETWEEN the Landholder specified in the Second Schedule and Eurobodalla ShireCouncil (ESC) in respect of the land described in the Third Schedule.

Terms and Conditions

NOW THIS CONTRACT WITNESSES that it is agreed between the parties as follows inconsideration of the mutual covenants herein:A.1 The parties to this Contract acknowledge and agree that they will comply with the

terms and conditions set out in this Clause and the First Schedule.A.2 The parties to this Contract acknowledge and agree as follows:

a) The purpose of this Contract is to ensure the satisfactory completion of theManagement Program set out in the Third Schedule.

b) This Contract takes effect and remains in force for the period ending on the datesreferred to in the Second Schedule.

c) This Contract shall not be assigned without prior approval of Council.

d) The signing of this contract by the landholder acknowledges the landholder has readand fully understands the terms and conditions of the agreement
