AT YOUR TABLE: YOU should have: Baggie with sugar pre-measured Cup of vanilla Cup of whipping cream

One person: Get the empty baggie and fill it HALF

WAY with ice.

1 Temp of milk (IN CUP BEFORE MIXING)

2 Temp of Milk, sugar, and vanilla combined in baggie (COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BAGGIE AND MAKE SURE THE SUGAR IS DISSOLVED)

3 Temperature of Ice in baggie

4 Temp of ICE with salt ( ADD A LAYER OF SALT AND FILL THE BAGGIE UP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LABLE WITH ICE)

Squeeze out all of the air out of the baggie containing the whipping cream and sugar mixture. MAKE SURE IT IS CLOSED!

Place the baggie CAREFULLY inside the ice and salt mixture.

Shake for 1 minute…. Carefully open the baggie with the

whipping cream mixture and take the temperature.

Repeat this 4 more times.
