It aims to transfer those top environmental technologies from developed countries which can solve Chinese environmental problems to China, and incubate companies for each transferred technologies.
Currently, we have 45 employees, and 85% for them are below 33 years old. We focus on five areasEnergy saving, environment protection, new materials, new agriculture, disaster prevention.

How my company has created employment opportunities for youth
Creating more job opportunities
We will establish a new sub-company based in china together with the overseas technology provider for each transferred technology. In this way, each new sub-company can create at least 10 job opportunities. Hiring youth
Most of our recruits are youth. At the same time, We hire some interns from universities, their nationalities include China, Japan, United States, Spanish, France, etc.
Cultivating youth leaders
Currently, most of founders and the core members are below 33 years old. And some of them are expected to be the leader of sub-company. We try to cultivate youth leader by providing them bigger business platform and important positions. In this way, they can grow up from the actual operation of project, and accumulate practicing experience.
Close relationship with universities
In order to hire best university graduates, we have developed close relationship with student organizations, and give them personal development advise and possible intern opportunities.
