POSITIVE ASPECTS
RECEPTIONIST PROBLEMS
The receptionists of the dorm don't speak English so its really difficult to speak with them when you have some problem.
All the documents about security or something is in polish.
Ex; when you need to repair something, for example a chair is really difficult explain the problem, this is only one of the example that you can see
SOLUTIONS
Recruit at least some person who speaks
English per dorm.
Translate the document of the receptions
in two language (Polish and English)
Put a book for incidence in the reception.
PUBLIC PROBLEMS
The electro domestics of the kitchens are old and don't have any equipment in the kitchen.
The kitchens aren’t clean.
PUBLIC PROBLEMS
The bathrooms aren't clean and every floor only have 4 showers (90 students)
The bathrooms don’t have door.
PUBLIC PROBLEMS
The students smoke in the corridor
The corridors are dirty ; specially in the weekend
SOLUTION
Buy equipment for the kitchens
Put door in the shower
Found a shower in the corner of room

WASHER PROBLEMS
We only have 2 Washer for about 350 peoples.
We only can wash once by week
The language is not in English We don’t have dryer
We have to wait long time for the clothes get dry

SOLUTION
• Buy 2 more washers
• We can wash our clothes twice a week
• Buy 4 dryers to save more time
ROOM PROBLEM The lack of shelf space
the rooms don't have curtains on the windows and you can not sleep well
There is not enough space in the room for privacy

SOLUTIONS
More furniture in the room to use.
Put rules for living together in the room
Put curtains in the room
Not limit the access to internet
Having a regular check in rooms by dormitory’s staff and warn the student who leaves the room uncleaned

About the nationality of the guys, we can see that the most part of erasmus are from turkey followed by student from spain and the least amount of students are from china , its important to know that one problem is the clash of cultures. it is possible that your room mate has different ties to have dinner or to sleep

POSITIVE ASPECTS
1.the atmosphere in the residence are really good, you always can meet new students.
2.the transport is really near to the dorm, we have taxi, bus and tram station in front of the dorm.
3. about the shopping, in dorm have a Biodronka and other shops like a pharmacy, or restaurants.
4. if you want to practice sport you can try, in the sportive canter that is in the middle of the dorm, they you can practice football, basket, swimming.
