PRO II & PRO IV2 Roll & 4 Roll Wire Feeders

The “PROFAX” PRO SERIES semiautomatic wire feeders are designed for use with numerous manufacturers welding power sources and are powered by 24 Volt AC for operator safety. The PRO SERIES is designed to give operator comfort with its ease of access to the wire drive, large wire speed knob and lighted power switch. A powerful 65 Watt motor is controlled by a PWM totally solid state circuit that gives a true constant wire speed by compensating for variations in line voltage and torque loads. The PRO SERIES will accommodate wire spools up to 44 lbs. and wire sizes of .023 through 1/16 in. with a wire speed range of 30 to 650 IPM. Both upper and lower drive rolls are geared together to give maximum wire drive, and a hinged cover protects the drive from contaminants. Although the PRO SERIES is designed to operate off of 24 volt AC, with the use of the optional internally mounted 115/24 VAC transformer, it can also be used with power sources having only 115 volt AC power.
