accounting software for Windows, Profit for Windows.

+ Since 2009, the company develops and since 2011 provides online accounting software PRO-FIT built

on the principle of SaaS. Currently a few hundred users is registered in this product in Slovakia.

well as in programming, bookkeeping and company management .

Product features

Single and double-entry bookkeeping

Accounting software includes all standard accounting modules as sales

invoices, purchase invoices, petty cash, bank, internal documents,

VAT and all needed reports and statements.

Payroll

This module allows the processing of all common types of payroll. It

produces printed and electronic output statements for health

insurance, social insurance and tax authorities.

Office module

The application allows you to store company documents in one online

electronic archive with your accounting books. The correspondence

module allows the company to keep records of incoming and outgoing

mail. Tasks is a simple tool for recording business tasks.

Online accounting software

Thanks to cloud concept users need not install anything on their device, the

software is independent on operating system or device (works on PC, MAC

and mobile devices with Android and iOS). User has its data available

anytime, anywhere and can observe the life of his business in real time.

Price

PRO-FIT price does not depend on the number of firms, number of users

or the number of employees. It does not require the initial investment in

the form of purchase of licenses. The only fee is an annual fee for use of

the service, which is lower than any competitive annual fee (59 € to

159€/year). To run down a barrier to change software, we provide one

month testing free of charge.

Safety

Applications and databases are running on servers that are located in

the secured air conditioned data center connected to a line of internet

backbone and are backed up several times. User is connected to the

application via a secure connection (https). The data are therefore not

threatened by collapse of corporate server or desktop, not endangered

by stolen laptop of accountant or manager, flood or burnt office. There

is no possibility of software incident because any application is not

installed on your computer in the company.

Multilinguality

In the program not only the language of the application can be set, ie

controls language, but even language of the labels, ie such as chart of

accounts. It is therefore not a problem for the Slovak accountant to

send Slovak P&L statement to German manager and he will read it in

English

Mobile application

Mobile application allows you to view all of your financial data of all

companies accounted in PRO-FIT. This is a HTML application

programmed in jQuery, optimized for smartphones and tablets

using Android OS and iOS. Although it is not yet declared support

for Windows Mobile, due to the same core of browser we expect

compatibility with this minority OS.

The aim of the mobile application is to allow the user to see the

data that are useful for him out of office 24 hours a day.
