Privinvest Group will participate in IDEX & NAVDEX 2019, and will showcase its portfolio of ships, especially the last generation of fast attack and offshore patrol vessels. The Privinvest Group (“the Group”) is a world leader in Naval Shipbuilding, with a presence in over 40 navies around the world. The Group has state of the art facilities in France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, which have collectively designed, engineered and constructed some of the world’s most prestigious and innovative vessels in the naval, commercial and luxury super yachts markets. German Naval Yards Kiel: German Naval Yards Kiel (“GNYK”) is based in Kiel, in the North of Germany. The shipyard is dedicated to shaping the future of large and technically complex naval vessel construction in Germany and worldwide. The unique infrastructure of GNYK allows the company to execute, on-site, all the steps of the construction process in an integrated manner, as well as build and complete numerous large vessels simultaneously. GNYK is currently building 9 Corvette Class vessels, of which 5 are in cooperation with Luerrsen and ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems (“TKMS”). GNYK is currently the last German shipbuilder in the run for the MKS 180 program for the German Navy, their biggest naval project since World War II, expected to be awarded before the end of 2019. Whilst, TKMS and Luerrsen (another supplier to the German navy), were voted out of the competition, two shipyards remain head to head in the race, including GNYK from Germany. GNYK has recently appointed TKMS as a subcontractor for part of the MKS program. A few years ago, this would have been inconceivable. Nobiskrug: Celebrating its 114th birthday, Nobiskrug Yachts has been involved in shipbuilding since before the term superyacht was even coined. With its extensive experience in building seagoing vessels, Nobiskrug turned to yacht building completing its inaugural project in 2000 with the 92m M/Y Tatoosh. Since then, Nobiskrug delivered a select portfolio of innovative custom-built superyachts, including, Mogambo, Siren, 777, Sycara V, Odessa II and the most recent delivery the iconic 143 meter "Sailing Yacht A". Nobiskrug's orderbook is full until 2024. Lindenau: Lindenau is also a shipyard located in Kiel and works closely with GNYK and Nobiskrug. This shipyard is specialized in repair, maintenance and modernization of all kinds and types of vessels (i.e. tankers, container vessels, naval vessels). Through its highly-skilled and flexible teams, Lindenau is able to efficiently deliver services tailored to its client needs. Sir Joseph Isherwood Limited: Sir Joseph Isherwood Limited (“Isherwoods”) is specialized in the provision of Integrated Logistic Support (“ILS”) services and computerized in-service management system solutions to the naval, commercial and heavy industry market sectors. It is located in the North-East of England and has provided ILS services for the past 50 years to more than 100 customers in more than 40 different countries, with over 420 systems delivered. Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie: Located in Cherbourg, north-western France, Constructions Mécaniques de Normandie (“CMN”) is a house of naval excellence, with more than 700 highly sophisticated naval, civilian, and research vessels delivered, in aluminium, steel or advanced composite material. For more than 70 years, the shipyard has built a reputation as a pioneer in the development of the modern missile-armed Fast Attack Craft, with none other than the Combattante Class widely sold to navies all around Europe, Africa, Asia and South America. Technology is fundamental to CMN and its success. The company continuously seeks to optimize its processes, capabilities, tools and facilities in order to develop cutting-edge engineering technology and deliver services that are tailored to client needs, and that continuously enhance quality standards. Recently, CMN has developed the following three New Generation vessels: - The Combattante FS65. - The Vigilante CL65 MkII. - The Vigilante CL79 MkII.
