Kueh Pie Tee Filling 1/4 cup dried prawns3 tbsp cooking oil5 cloves garlic, minced2 tbsp fermented soybeans (tau cheo)1 yam bean (bangkwang), shredded1 carrot, shredded2 tbsp light soy sauce2 tbsp dark soy sauce1/4 cup water

1. Soak dried prawns in hot water for 10 minutes and drain. Mince the dried prawns.

2. Heat the cooking oil in a wok and fry the garlic in it until fragrant, about 1 minute.

3. Add the fermented soybeans and minced dried prawns and fry for about minute or until fragrant.

4. Add the rest of the ingredients to the wok and stir to mix well.

5. Allow the mixture to cook over medium-low heat for about 30 to 45 minutes until the carrots and yam bean are very tender.
