Americol’s own laboratory is the source of new and innovative products. These products take into account

the changing technical, dermatological, ecological and cosmetic developments.

QUALITY, THE ENVIRONMENT & SAFETY AS THE GUIDING PRINCIPAL

Americol is ISO 9001 certified. The cosmetic products are produced in accordance with the guidelines of

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and are dermatologically tested. Products for specific technical uses

undergo extensive testing. This will guarantee that, at Americol, you will experience consistently high

quality – not only of the products but of the service too.

For the management of hazardous substances in accordance with the principles of Reach and EU-GHS/

CLP, Americol works with a modern management system (Envicon). Safety sheets are produced using this

application and are distributed proactively. The very latest legislation is decisive for product labelling.

A modern and extensive Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) guarantees integrated quality

management which starts with the incoming goods and only ends once the final product is released.

At Americol we offer specialised production resources. This enables us to respond flexibly to your specific

requirements.

Americol is specialised in private label production and contract manufacturing. You can order private label

products in any quantity you desire. Private label production is carried out based on the following conditions:

Production of existing formulas in private label packaging y

Industry-proven formulas supplied in exclusive private label packaging.

Development of customer-exclusive formulas with production in private label packaging y

Americol develops products based on your wishes and requirements. Our cooperation and the

exclusiveness of formulas and packaging would be set out in a contract. This would ensure that the

process of scaling up from laboratory phase to production phase would not take any more time than is

strictly necessary.
