So your heart is set on one of these packages huh? Let’s clear up some of those burning questions we know you’ll have.

When do I pay? We take card details to guarantee against our T&Cs. If you’d like to hear more about these, just give us a tinkle. For all packages, we take 50% upon booking & the balance two weeks before your event. We may be able to

provisionally hold private hire slots for a short period of time; give us a call and ask nicely.

How can I pay? We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard or BACS payments. For some cards, you may incur an additional 2.5% charge.

Can I swap some activities for others instead? For the All Rounder, yes (subject to availability) & extra activities/tables are chargeable at standard rates.

These packages don’t really suit my requirements No worries, our bookings team can sort something for you at standard rates.

I’d like to provide more drinks for my guests – what are the options? A pre-payment for a bar tab or separate drink tokens can be arranged prior to

the event; ask your events guru.

There are under 18’s in my party, is that okay? Under 18’s are welcome up until 7pm, or with prior arrangement on Private Hire packages.

We may need to alter the deal for you - give us a call.

What if people drop out or more turn up than I’ve booked for? If you’ve paid the balance (2 weeks ahead), then you’ll have to pay for no-shows. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to squeeze extra people in on the day, so make sure

your guest list is right!

I have more than 260 guests. Give us a call, we’ll sort something special for you.

I have less than 10 guests. You’ll need to make a standard booking - we don’t have any packages for less than 10 people.
