The project/matter unified directory is a data map. It tracks the location of content related to each matter across all supportedUnified Directory - Data Map

systems. Organizations can configure the metadata that is tracked with each matter or project.

Master Metadata ManagementMaster Metadata Management enables organizations to align metadata across content systems for quick understanding of context. This empowers CAM to provision the same values across multiple systems. Master Metadata Management enables mapping of metadata into CAM’s data warehouse.

Provisioning enables creating and updating an object standing for a project / matter (e.g., workspace, site, team, shared drive, folder, channel, etc.), in a content system with pre-defined templates representing a folder or channel structure. The creation and update process can be driven from Practice Management, Time & Billing, CRM, ERP, Human Capital Management, etc., anda workflow form when there is no system of record. Users can also leverage it to create additional folders from a pre-defined list with support for user-inputted prefix or suffix.


CAM enables user and group management in content systems for both, internal and external users. Active Directory or HumanAccess Management

Capital Management systems can be leveraged as systems of records to keep properties and group memberships in sync acrosssystems. CAM also supports automatic ethical wall application through integration with common ethical wall systems.

Business Continuity Business continuity in CAM enables users to perform a profile search and download documents in case of outage. Accessto end users is provided through a one-time password (OTP). Organizations have the option to store documents in their ownAWS S3 instance for enhanced security.

Administrators can leverage CAM’s data warehouse to report on matter and document metadata and audit records throughAnalytics - Metadata Security & Activity Monitoring - Queries & Dashboards

SQL queries. Typical reports are provided for privacy, external user access, inappropriate activity, and user adoption. Leveragingvariables, administrators can create standard queries for risk and records management teams. The same queries can beleveraged to create dashboards with configurable charts and graphs. Reports can also be scheduled to be sent via email.

Data Loss Prevention (DLP) / Bulk Update of Metadata & SecurityAssigned administrators can perform bulk updates to security, metadata, and more, across tens of thousands of workspaces,folders, and documents. All bulk operations are audited.
