TYPES OF PRODUCTS

Comprehensive product range , wide range of custom made corrugated cartons, boxes, with printing upto 4 colours in single wall(3 ply) double wall (5ply) using E , B, C  or their combination

BOARD GRADES

There are 5 main board grades used in conventional corrugated  cartons 

• E Flute• B Flute• C Flute • B+E Flute• B+C Flute

1 RSC ( Regular Slotted Carton)   These are standard cartons with either, E flute, B flute or C Flute with 4 flaps on the top and 4 flaps on the bottom and are most commonly used cartons. It provides area for printing any matter and can be evenly stacked and transported. They are made with top paper either brown or white. The white top carton is generally more expensive than the brown top carton.

 

2 HRSC ( One Side Flap Carton or Half RSC)This carton has flaps only on one side and are generally used to store goods on a rack for easy access

3 Top Bottom ( or tray type ) cartonThese are used for small item packing like shoes, furniture in flat condition etc these cartons are also supplied in flat condition and the user forms them by using tape or staples at the corners

4 Corrugated RollsThese are made of only 2 ply paper and are flexible They are used for nonstandard packing requirement and as a protective cover for furniture packing

5 UN cartons ( DGR- Dangerous Goods ) cartons in A2, A3, A4 sizes.These are speciality cartons used to transport perfume by air freight. These are UN certified and come only in 3 sizes for which they are certified

6. Die Cut CartonsThese are made  to order cartons, which are cut, using a tool to one of many styles. In most cases these boxes are made precisely to your specification and therefore in the majority of cases will incur an initial tooling cost

7. Overlapping Flap Cartons For Extra StrengthThese are made for packing  heavy to very heavy or delicate items These provide reinforcement on the top and bottom side by virtue of flaps overlapping each other

Single wall ( 3 ply): Economical and ReliableSingle wall corrugated carton is best described as having an outer paper, a single layer of corrugated paper followed by a further layer of paper. These are the most economical solution and will provide ideal protection for a wide variety of products. The most commonly used flute is the B flute. E flute is used for making small boxes and C flute is used where more strength and thickness is required 

Double Wall( 5 Ply): Strong and ResistantDouble walled corrugated carton is best described  as having 3 layers of paper alternating between 2 layers for corrugated paper.The main advantage of this construction is the enhanced strength given to the box.These provide extra protection and durability especially for heavy  and fragile items. Normally B+C flute is used.Some clients use  B+E where outer dimension is of critical importance.

HOW TO MEASUREWe manufacture corrugated cardboard packaging to your exact  size for easy loading  and firm protection.Without exception 3 dimensions Length then Width then Height always express the external  size of the corrugated box.We normally measure in millimeters. If you do not know what should be the external dimension please check with our advisory team for guidance and converting internal dimensions to external dimensions. The measurements are always expressed as L x W x H .

Your questions:What is the minimum quantity we can order?

We  need a minimum order of 1000 cartons in any size to produce cartons economically.However our advisor will provide the best advice depending on the size and style of carton for the minimum machine quantity and shipment.

Do I get better price  for large quantities

Yes the more you buy the more you save. Please let us know how much is required and we can offer you the best price

How do we pay?

You can pay by transfering the amount to our bank account.

When will we recieve an invoice?An invoice will be sent to you alongwith the Delivery order at the time of making the delivery. 

WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE THE DELIVERY ?

IF ITS AN ITEM WITH PRINTING THEN • WE NEED YOUR PRINT MATTER TO MAKE AN ARTWORK. • ARTWORK ONCE MADE WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL FOR YOUR

APPROVAL• ARTWORK ONCE APPROVED & FINALISED BY YOU WILL THEN BE

SENT FOR PROCESSING THE  PRINTING PLATES. • DELIVERIES IN UAE THEN CAN BE  MADE  WITHIN 7 TO 8 WORKING

DAYS FOR THE INITIAL ORDER. • FOR THE REPEAT ORDERS THE PROCESS IS SHORTENED TO 4 TO 5

DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF ORDER AND PAYMENT. • FOR DELIVERIES OUTSIDE UAE IT WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIPPING
