Keep the reader in mind. Step into the shoes of the reader. Try to use simple language. Attract the immediate attention of the reader. Make the story communication. Make the story visually attractive Just narrate, do not try to be preacher. Remain political. Do not over-whelm the reader. Keep on learning.

STEPS OF EDITINGRead the paper aloud as if you are reading a story.Stop and change anything you wish as soon as you see it.Read the entire paper.Read one sentence at a time.Look for patterns of error.Know your grammar and punctuation rules or know where to look them up.Read the paper as a reader.
