They have grown consistently throughout the recession and have a strong team based in South Manchester who they are continuing to expand upon. The role will be joining their permanent division and focus on building their senior appointments presence further with a focus on the technology sector. The team are a high performing team of solid billers and the management style is hands off enabling you the freedom to get on and build your desk in the way you like to recruit. They believe in a high value driven recruitment process where the focus in on quality and not quantity and this person will need to operate in a consultative rather than hard sales approach with an excellent track record in building strong client relationships. What are they looking for?
