Building in Clinton Township Princeton Enterprises acquired the 200-unit Rivercrest Arms at 23560 Denton St. in Clinton Township, MI from MGM Construction for $8 million, or about $40,000 per unit. The 180,000-square-foot apartment community consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom units across 40 buildings. Built in 1980 near Lake Saint Clair and Metro Beach Metropark, the community features an outdoor pool, locked building entrances and laundry facilities in each building.
