9. Princetec Commitments

Successful client agency relationships are based upon codes of conduct. The following is a list of our commitments to all of Princetecs clients:

Every candidate has been contacted and given permission to submit prior to forwarding a resume for consideration. We take every possible action to avoid a double submittal from occurring.

Every candidate has been pre-qualified prior to submittal.

We average 2 qualified submittals to one open position unless otherwise instructed by the clients. We will not flood managers with resumes.

We will follow the speed and methods of our individual managers. Every client and every manager has their own preferred method for dealing with agencies. We will adapt to client procedures or preferences with regards to the process of hiring contractors. .
