Prince Industries has over 32 CNC turning machinesin use today. We use two types of turning centers: Swiss and Fixed Headstock. Most machines are equipped with bar feeders or robotic gantry loaders to for allow unattended operation.

Parts can be finished with surface finishes of 4 Ra and tolerances in the millionths. Parts are inspected at the machine with a FederalAir Gauge.

This 1,850 sq. ft. structure contains assembly spaceon the lower level. We assemble and test a wide spectrum of manufactured and procured productssuch as hydraulic valves and pump housings,aluminum extrusions for dental x-ray equipment,heat sinks for turbine engines and missiles, and much more. The upper level contains the manufacturing engineering staff as well as a training/meeting room.

In this assembly room, we assemble and test over 46 different pilot valves. The room is temperature controlled to limit temperature related variations. The pilot valves are shipped world-wide for use on a variety of products.

Cartridge Valve Assembly and TestingPrince assembles and tests 29 different cartridge valves. Each valve is 100% tested for leakage and function. The test stands are calibrated every 6 months, with oil samples taken weekly for particulate testing.

The CNC laser allows Prince to efficiently produce oneto ten thousand piece parts without any tooling. It also enables us to cut unlimited part shapes as well as numerous material types. The automation also allows for unattended and unmanned operations.

Laser Cutting


Prince Fabrication also can use its CNC turret punch presses to produce flat blanks. These are used to produce medium to high volume sheet metal parts. They are equipped withauto-indexing stations toaid in the manufacture of complex shapes.

We have 9 multi-axis CNC press brakes. They range from 35 ton 3’ bed up to 100 ton 10’ bed. With the CNC control and CNC backgauge, setup times are reduced to a minimum.
