AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2016 In accordance to the provisions of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Laws and Rules and of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission we advise that in view of the fact that the procedures for the delisting of the Company’s shares from the Cyprus Stock Exchange are in progress following the due approval of the relative resolution at the Company’s Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of 6th April 2017, the preparation of the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st December 2016 shall not be possible before the end of April 2017.
