How would you describe your personal approach?I offer a true concierge type service – white glove I would say. Anything that my clients need, I am the go-to person: Referrals to professionals, rehabbing the property before going on the market, and my service to them doesn’t end after the sale. My clients call me long after the sale for anything they need help on and I like to be their first call for anything real estate related. What are some of the unique services you offer?For my international clients that live out of country in places like Dubai or England, I manage the rehab of their home for them as a consultant. I make sure that construction is happening, whether they are selling or coming here to live. Speaking of sales, what are some extra strategies to make sure a property will move quickly and at a great price?Our photographer works with a proprietary software to ensure stunning images. We also host open house-style parties with DJs and catering. What are the biggest general trends in real estate at the moment?Light, bright, and beachy Modern sells the quickest! The whole Tuscany look that was all the rage over the past years – the dark and ornate kind of look – is making way for a brighter look with clean, simple lines, and light palettes and neutral tones. We see it all across the board, from condos to estate-size houses.

Which trends are you noticing in your region in the luxury homes market?

The trends I am noticing in the luxury space is that there are double the sales of any year before the crash and a ton of cash sales. I can already say that this is the best year yet for our firm.

What has been the most inspiring part of your work so far this year? This year I have been most inspired by the creativity of some of my investor clients and clients that buy to remodel. They see beyond the walls of a home and bring out the beauty there. I love to be part of the remodeling process!

What’s the recipe for finding the perfect home? Being very specific on what’s important to you. One of the things I do with my buyers is a consultation to get really clear on the reasons why they are buying. Use it as an investment and spend 5 years – or make it a home for 30 years and raise children? Finding the “why” is very important to the process. So is working with a great real estate agent that makes sure you get access to the homes you really want to see, which our great team of agents can guarantee.
