YOUR HOTEL(S): We cannot book hotels without a deposit and they are subject to availability until confi rmedin writing. Worldwide check in/out times are usually between 12 noonand 2pm and rooms cannot be guaranteed outside of these times, unless a supplement is paid to ensure immediate occupation on arrival orfor late check-out.

YOUR TRANSFERS: Our itineraries include all transfers, which are eitheron a private basis, or shared whenmany passengers arrive/depart atthe same time.

PASSPORT, VISA ANDIMMIGRATION REQUIREMENTSAND HEALTH FORMALITIES:It is your responsibility to check and fulfi l the passport, visa, health (including vaccinations) and immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. We can only provide general information about such requirements. You must check the requirements for your own specifi c circumstances with the relevant Embassies and/or Consulates and your own doctoras applicable. Requirements dochange and you must check theup-to-date position in good timebefore departure.

Most countries now require passportsto be valid for at least six monthsafter your return date. If your passport is in its fi nal year, you should checkwith the Embassy of the country you are visiting.

EU nationals do not require a visa to visit Scotland.

If you are a national of an EU country and your trip includes a trip to another EU country you are advised to obtain a European Health Insurance Card (“EHIC”) prior to departure. Up-to-date advice can be obtained from your local social security offi ce.

EU nationals should obtain up-to-date advice on passport and visa requirements from the Embassy,High Commission or Consulate ofyour destination or country(ies)through which you are travelling.

We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel, or incur any other loss because you have not complied with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.

You agree to reimburse us on demand in relation to any fi nes or other losses which we incur as a result of your

failure to comply with any passport, visa, immigration requirements or health formalities.

We shall have the right to inspect your passport, visas and travel documents/permissions to travel to ensure that you fulfi l all entry requirements for any country in or through which your trip is to take place. If you are unable to fulfi l any such requirements, then we shall have the right to refuse you carriage and you will not be entitled to any refund in respect of any unused services.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: These arevalid only for the passenger(s)named, will be issued after receiptby us of full payment for your reservation and not normally laterthan 10 days prior to departure. Please take your confi rmation of booking with you on departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Adequate travel insurance is vital. Please note section 14 (j) of our Booking Terms and Conditions and the back page of this insert.

DELAY: Our itineraries are subject to delay for operational reasons. Please bear this in mind when arranging your own onward connections.

Stichting Garantiefonds ReisgeldenIncento bv. is aangesloten bij SGR. Alle in dot programma gepubliceerde reizen, met uitzondereing van vluchten per lijndienst die geen onderdeel uitmaken van een pakketreis, vallen daarom onder de garantie van de SGR. De SGR garantie houdt in dat de consument ervan verzekerd is zijn vooruitbetaalde reisgeld terug te krijgen, als zijn wederpartij door fi nancieel onvermogen de overeengekomen

Binnen de grenzen van de garantieregeling van het Calamiteitenfonds vallen de in dit programma gepubliceerde reizen onder de garantie van het Calamiteitenfonds. Deze garantie houdt in dat u als consument die deelneemt aan een door ons georganiseerde reis:

- (een deel van) uw reissom terugkrijgt indien wij de reis als gevolg van een calamiteit niet of niet volledig kunnen uitvoeren; - de noodzakelijke meerkosten vergoed krijgt indien wij als gevolg van een calamiteit de reis moeten aanpassen of indien wij u vervroegd moeten

repatriëren.
