This Terms and Conditions sheet is considered in force with respect to any purchase order or sale of Iron Mule products. Modifications of these terms and conditions will be considered invalid unless specifically accepted in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Iron Mule Products.

WarrantiesIron Mule Products warrants its products for a period of one year against defects in material and/or workmanship when said product(s) are used in the manner and for the purpose Iron Mule Products recommends. If Iron Mule Products examines a warranted product and determines it to be defective, an adjustment will be made that does not exceed the net sales price of said product. No allowance will be made for labor or the expense of repairing or replacing defective products or workmanship of damage resulting from same. Iron Mule Products warrants the products of its vendors to the extent of the implicit warranties of said vendors. In respect to engineering design or fabrication work supplied by Iron Mule Products, the Buyer's acceptance of Iron Mule Product's design or delivery of work shall relieve Iron Mule Products of all further obligations written or implied, other than that specifically documented in Iron Mule Products warranty. This is Iron Mule Products sole warranty. Iron Mule Products makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied and all implied warranties of merchantability and for a particular purpose which exceed seller's aforestated obligations are hereby disclaimed by seller and excluded from this warranty. This warranty shall not apply to products that have been, a) repaired or altered by entities other than Iron Mule Products, b) products that have be misused, neglected and subjected to accidents, c) used in a manner not approved by Iron Mule Products. Iron Mule Products will not be liable for design errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Buyer or its representatives.

Liability of SellerIron Mule Products will not be liable for any loss, repair cost, or damages of any kind resulting from the design, sale, manufacture, repair or use of the products or engineering designs supplied to the Buyer other than those specifically referred to in our warranty statement above.

Product DeliveriesIron Mule Products will make every effort to ensure products are delivered as agreed to upon acceptance of an order. However, Iron Mule Products assumes no responsibility or liability for damage, delay or inability to deliver for causes of any kind that are beyond the control of Iron Mule Products. No backcharges will be acceptable. Iron Mule Products may terminate any contractual sale of its products without liability by written notice to the Buyer in the event that the delay in delivery or performance for any reason continues for sixty (60) days or more. Iron Mule Products will, under no circumstance be held liable for any damages or expenses arising from delays or failure to give notice of delay.

Shipping/FreightIron Mule Products is not responsible for any product damage or loss after said product has been accepted by the associated carrier for shipment. Iron Mule Products diligently examines all shipments of products to ensure quantities are correct, however; if a shipment is shorted, the Buyer must submit a claim for said shortage within ten (10) days of receiving the shipment. If special packaging requirements are requested by the Buyer, the associated cost will be added to the amount of the order. NOTE: Iron Mule Products reserves the right to select the carrier for all product shipping. For shipments of 2500 pounds or more, Iron Mule Products will select the lowest rate associated with U.S. rail or highway points listed in published tariffs (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). Shipments weighing less than 2500, but more than 500 pounds will be shipped prepaid. The Buyer will be invoiced for all product-associated shipping charges. For orders received for carton quantities, Iron Mule Products reserves the right to adjust the next carton quantity above the number of products shown on the order.

Product PricingAll pricing quotes from Iron Mule Products are F.O.B. point of shipment unless otherwise stated. Prices and product designs are subject to change without notice. All product orders will reflect the pricing in effect at the time of shipping of same.

Order MinimumsIron Mule Products requires a minimum order of $100.00 for sales within the contiguous 48 states. A minimum $500.00 order is required for sales to Hawaii, Alaska or countries outside the United States.

Sales TermsAll sales are cash, net 30 days unless specified otherwise.

Special OrdersOnce Iron Mule Products commences a custom, made to order product, it cannot be cancelled, except on agreement of Buyer to pay for work performed up to the time of cancellation.

TaxationAll taxes associated with Iron Mule Products orders are to be paid by the Buyer unless the Buyer provides Iron Mule Products with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities involved.

Product ReturnsWritten permission must be obtained in advance from Iron Mule Products for any and all returns. Returns that are accepted are subject to the following criteria: a) Returned product(s) must be in same condition as when sold. Product(s) not meeting this condition will be refurbished with the associated cost deducted from the Buyer's refund. b) A handling fee of 20% will be deducted from the Buyer's refund. c) Shipping costs, if not prepaid will be deducted from the Buyer's refund.

Lost or Damaged ProductsAll Iron Mule Products are shipped at the Buyer's risk. The Buyer should carefully examine all shipments upon delivery to determine if there are quantity issues or product damages prior to signing the carrier's delivery receipt. If quantity or damage issues are evident, the Buyer should make the appropriate notation on the delivery receipt and ask the carrier's agent to “initial” said notation. Any hidden damages discovered after the products have been unpackaged should be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

B seamless pipe and A-1000 series, low to medium carbon, �ne grain, cold drawn bar stock, and heat treated to these speci�cations . The chemical and physical properties of the raw material fall within the ranges listed below .

TRACEABILITYAll raw material purchased by Iron Mule Products is fully traceable to the mill source. A four-digit letter code appears onall Iron Mule Products made since the institutin of this program. As a result, mill test reports are now available at any timeon products so coded.

PRESSURE RATINGSDue to wide variations in service conditions, temperature, vibrations, etc. , Iron Mule Products can make no recommendations as to allowable working pressure of swage nipples and bull plugs. There are a number of working pressure formulas from which the end user may choose to determine the required wall thickness of the piping system. It is our responsibility only to furnish a �tting with end dimensions equal to those of the pipe size and schedule ordered.

MATERIAL CERTIFICATION – CARBON STEELIron Mule Products certi�es that the material used to manufacture line pipe sizes of swage nipples and bull plugs has been processed and heat treated to comply with all requirements of ASTM A234-90a and the chemical and physical properties of the raw material fall within the ranges listed below.

All sizes on this page have been processed in a manner strictly conforming to the requirements of ASTM A234, from material fully meeting all requirements of that specification. The correct marking for swage nipples to denote conformance with this specification is “WPB S-9.” All sizes 1" and smaller will be made from hex barstock. Most sizes 11⁄4" and larger will be made from pipe and where pipe is not a practical raw material, round barstock will be used. No sacrifice of properties will result from such practice.
