HETTA specialises in the manufacturing and supply of under floor heating & renewable energy products within the UK and Europe.

Located in Warrington, Cheshire, HETTA was incorporated to distribute quality components within the UK.We sell only to trade customers excluding directly to installers, via only O.E.M, distributors, wholesalers, merchants, system houses and specialist renewable companies nationwide who serve the needs of the rapidly growing under floor heating market as well as the heating and plumbing sector. We have achieved a reputation for excellence in fast order turn around together with sales and technical support to our customers. From our central warehouse we are able to offer ex-stock next day. This is supported by weekly shipments from our manufacturing bases.

We are able to offer innovative new products to the UK market, with the substantial resources and back-up of the HETTA Group as well as tailoring products to a customer’s own specification.

Manifold Pump Station control Packs & Motorized Zone Valves

Multi Zone Control Pack – Grundfos Alpha 2

Single Zone Control Pack

Provides temperature controlled mixed water to a multi zone manifold connected to an under floor heating system with a heat output to 14KW. Designed to be lightweight and compact this can be connected directly onto the Hetta manifold without the requirement for additional fittings. Includes, mixing valve, circulation pump, return elbow, manifold adaptor and all necessary seals.

Simple installation. Adjustable range of 35°C 65°c

Controls flow temperatures to +/- 2°C, even with changing boiler flow and return temperatures.

A compact, modular control pack for under floor heating systems up to 3KW. Designed to be lightweight and compact to directly connect onto pipe work without the need for additional fittings. The control pack consists of a mixing valve, circulating Grundfos pump, isolating valves, flow and return connections and fixing kit.

Simple bolt on installation. Adjustable range of 35°C 65°c

Manufactured to 0.5mm gauge these aluminium plates fit perfectly between floor joist applications providing even heat transfer. 1000mm in length x 390mm in width. Secure positioning of pipe is created by a two of ½ inch round grooves running the entire length of the plate. Accepts pipe of 15mm to 22mm.

Perimeter Edge Insulation

Ideal for under floor heating systems using a screed finish. The Hetta under floor heating wet screed panel system is manufactured from a high impact plastic which is 100% recycled. Each panel neatly overlaps to form one continuous grid.

The grooves in the foil backed insulation retro fit panels are spaced at 150mm centres which provides an excellent floating floor system. This system allows for easy installation and provides excellent heat transfer. No need to screed afterwards.

Can be used with 15mm or 16mm under floor heating pipe.

Plywood can be laid directly over the panels before laying the chosen floor type.

Edge insulation provides an insulator between both internal and external walls to reduce heat loss and noise transfer. To be used with wet screed systems.

Hetta Terms and conditions 2013

1.General

A “The company “ means Hetta Systems (UK) LtdB All orders will be deemed to be binding under these terms and conditionsC These terms may only be varied with the express written agreement of Hetta.D An order will be deemed to exist once the purchaser has accepted a quotation.E A quotation is considered automatically to have been accepted immediately the purchaser takes delivery of all or part of the material. F A restocking charge of 10% of the value of the goods is to be applied for goods returned through no fault of Hetta Systems (UK) Ltd. A return reference number must be obtained from the Hetta UK office. Returned goods can not be accepted without a returns reference number. Please contact us for authorisation.

2.Pricinganddescriptionofgoods

A Prices are quoted in the Companies catalogue and may be varied from time to time without noticeB Prices to not include package and deliveryC Prices relate to the technical specification of the products described.D The company reserves the right to amend prices at any time, including within the period of time between acceptance of the quotation by the purchaser and delivery.E Data and information contained within the companies brochures and advertising shall be deemed to be approximate only unless confirmed in writing by The Company.F The Company reserves the right to alter the specification of any goods without prior notice.

3.Deliveryandpassingoftitleofgoods.

A Prices quoted are ex works, packing and delivery are charged and shown separately.B The Company accepts no responsibility for sub consequential loss suffered by the purchaser for delayed or non delivery of goods.C Delivery of goods are deemed to take place when they are actually delivered to the purchaser or his representative at their respective premises. D Risk as to loss and damage to the goods shall pass to purchaser immediately after the goods have been delivered. E The purchaser must inform the Company in writing of any shortages, defects or damage to the goods within 7 working days of delivery.F The ownership of goods shall remain with the Company until full payment has been received.G Until such payment has been received the Company reserves the right to dispose of the goods.H If at any time payment for the goods is over due the Company may enter the purchasers premises by its servants or agents and recover or dispose of the goods and the purchaser shall make no claim against the Company in respect of such entry or disposal.

4.Payment

A All prices are exclusive of VATB Prices ruling shall apply at the time of dispatchC Payment terms are strictly end of month following for approved credit customers otherwise payment with order is required. D The purchaser may not make any exceptions to delay payment.E Failure to pay within the agreed terms will lead to an interest charge on arrears of 1% per month plus bank charges.

5.Warranty

A In the case of goods manufactured by the Company, these are guaranteed free of manufacturing defect for 24 months from the day of delivery. B During the warranty period, the Company shall replace or remedy any defects in the goods arising out of defective materials or workmanship, provided that the purchaser shall immediately give notice of such defects both verbally and in writing to the Company.C The Company takes no liability or responsibility for incorrect installation or improper application outside the goods design capability. D In the case of the goods supplied by the Company, but not manufactured by it, the Company liability shall be limited to such extent that it shall not be liable for any loss or damage beyond that for which the Company may be covered by the original manufacturers guarantee. E The Company reserves the right to accept returned goods when they are acknowledged by the Company as faulty within the terms of the warranty.

6.Forcemajeure

A The Company shall do all in its power to perform to the terms of any contract of which these conditions form part and particular to meet all delivery dates but shall not be liable for any failure to observe or breach of any of the terms hereof by reason of acts of God, war, riots, civil commotions, strikes, lock-outs, trade disputes, fires, breakdowns, interruptions of transport, governmental action, delay in delivery, by the Companies suppliers or in any other cause whatsoever beyond its control. B In such circumstances, where the goods are in transit, either the Company or the purchaser may terminate the unperformed part of any contract of which these conditions form part by notice in writing delivered to the other party hereto within 14 days of the Company giving written notice to the purchaser of the occurrence of such action or circumstances as makes the Company fail to observe or break the terms hereof.
