How to use PreziStep-by-Step Tutorial


Open your browser


Type www.prezi.com at the location bar

http://www.prezi.com/


This will appear


Click get started to sign-up


This will come into view


choose public for free plan


Then click continue


Provide all of your information


Go click Create your free public account


This will appear


Click GET STARTED to proceed


This your prezi dashboard


How to create a new prezi


Click this


Loading..Wait for a few minutes


This will appear


These are the selection of different templates


Select a new template “let say Photo Gallery”


Click use template


This will appear


Click your mouse and Hold to pan left


Click your mouse and Hold to pan right


Click your mouse and Hold to pan down


Click your mouse and Hold to pan up


Scroll your mouse wheel up to zoom in


Scroll your mouse wheel down to zoom out


You can do same thing if


You hover your mouse to right hand side


This will come into view


Click the house icon to see overview of the canvas


Click this to zoom in


Click this to zoom out


If you want to add frame


Choose a type from the left side bar


There’s a classic bracket frame


There’s a circle frame


There’s a rectangle frame


There’s an invinsible frame


Invinsible frame won’t show up when you present


To add a frame click this


Click the frame and drag it onto the canvas


To adjust the frame hover your mouse into the blue line


You can transform it into desire adjustment


Lets take a closer look for these tools functions


You may click delete if you wish to delete the frame


To remove the frame click this icon


Select “remove frame“


To add image click insert


click image


To add image from google or flickrtype in your keyword in search tool


To add image from your computerclick “select files”


Select your desired image/images


Click “open”


As you can see images are added to canvas


How to move image around


hover your mouse on hand icon and drag image on desired position


How to transform your image and resize it


hover your mouse to the blue line and transform it to your desired adjustment


How to rotate your image


Hover your mouse on one corner, you can see this


Click your mouse and rotate to desired position


How to crop image and how to add some effects


To crop Click “crop image”


To add effects Click “effects”


These are the tools to add effects


To “enhance”


you can enhance the image by choosing “hi def”


“Illuminate”


Or “Color fix”


for “effects”


Click the desired effects for your image


For “frames”


Choose your desired frames for your image


Click apply


If you want to add something to your favorites just click “favorites” to save


To add text, click anywhere you want your text be placed


Type your content


Text tool bars


“Title”


“Subtitle”


“Body”


Click this to change the size of your text


click this to change your text color


Click this to make your text bold and italicized


Click this to change text background


Click this to put bulleted text


Click this if you want to put your text in the left, middle or right


The order in which your content will appear when you present


You can add anything on this path


You can add Text, Image and Videos


To change the order of your presentation simply drag the content to your desired place


To edit , click any object to add it on the path


To delete, hover your mouse to the red “X”


After editing and deleting click done


If you want your images appear on screen on a sequence manner


Click “+” to add a frame


Make sure your contents are inside the frame


At the lower left side click the “edit path”


Click the “star” to the thumbnail you want the fade-in-effect


Click first the image on the left and next on the right


You can see the star with the number


Click this,to play preview


Click done


Click “done”again
