Prezi App

Prezi is a presentation tool allowing users to creatively display ideas. ✚ Begin by signing up for an account or login in to the app. ✚ Tap New Prezi located in the top, right corner. The Templates pane appears. The template determines the font, background and other feature for the presentation. Tap to choose a template. Similar to PowerPoint, frames (similar to slides) appear on the left sidebar. The main screen appears in the center. Edit Tap on the main screen items (text or image) to personalize. Navigate Use the left sidebar to navigate through the presentation. When you tap a frame, Prezi zooms to the area in the center. Change Format To change the type or format of a frame, use the bottom sidebar that appears. Tap to choose a different format.

Add Image Tap the image placeholder. Search Flickr or choose a photo from the Camera Roll. *Video cannot be added to the iPad version. Delete To delete a slide, tap the frame and tap the trash can. Preview/Present Tap the Present button. Use the left and right arrow to navigate the presentation. Tap the X in the top, left corner to go back. Save Tap the House button in the top, left corner. Click Save and Close. From the main Prezi screen, view Prezi’s on your iPad or from your Prezi.com site. Change Prezi Settings Update the title and privacy settings from the main page. Tap the gear icon to the right of each Prezi. Choose Privacy settings (public, hidden, private). Share From the main screen, tap the share button. Choose Copy URL. Options to share -

Dropbox Open a document (Notability) and paste the URL. Save the document to Dropbox. Edmodo Open Edmodo. Paste the link in a post for the class.

When finished, don’t forget to log out. Tap the person icon in the top, right corner. Choose Logout.
