The client’s selection process in the ProCeram showroom The ProCeram Client Service Center is located in Prague, Zličín area, the company provide services for the real estate development companies. This rapidly expanding real estate sector is very demanding on the quality and professionalism of its partners, their background and perfect logistics system. Therefore it is very important to entrust client service to the real experts in the field.

Convenient and easy material selection for you at the Client Service Center is held by trained and experienced personnel towards meeting the client's needs. An actual selection of materials divided into several phases:

CONTACT

The first step, is meeting arrangement with client, via phone or e-mail at the client’s convenience. MEETING

The second step is the meeting itself with a professional consultant at the Client Service Centre. The client will be informed with the possibilities and procedure of materials’ selection.

SELECTION OF MATERIALS

Next stage is an underway selection of the material itself. The consultant will introduce the materials according to the chosen standards to you. In case of your interest in other materials that are not within the standard range, consultant will introduce the available materials that are exposed in the showroom or in catalogs. Then in accordance with choosing standards you will be able to chose the format, color and design of the decorations, drawing the inspiration from the provided graphical visualizations and catalog.

You will be able to chose the combination of materials according to your individual taste and preferences. Consultant in this case has only an advisory vote. We also welcome and will communicate directly with your architect or interior designer should you have any.

In the end consultant will calculate an overall cost estimating eventual price and will inform you should there is a price increase comparing to the initial standard.

Moderní formát, zajímavé barvy, celoplošné dekory od značkového italského výrobce Iris, v cenách srovnatelných s tuzemskou produkcí. Béžové teplejší a studené šedé odstíny vám dovolí hru „tón v tónu“, čímž vytvoříte zajímavou koupelnu, která bude velmi elegantní. To vše s překvapující cenou okolo 20.000 Kč.

Pro ozvláštnění či určité zjemnění obkladů doporučujeme na podlahu použít na první pohled kontrastní design dřeva – např. série Tabula nebo Harmony (z tohoto katalogu). Měli jsme možnost toto provedení vidět a opravdu stojí za to.

GRAPHIC DESIGN AND CALCULATIONS

After the final approval of the selected materials (including the estimated price) graphic visualization is going to be designed. After the reconciliation and exact calculation of needed materials, including determination of the cut, deducting the unused materials within the standard, pricing of required additional work associated with materials and sanitary ware installation.

All the above service activities are free of charge. However in case of requesting additional number of variations of graphic visualizations, additional charges may arise. The exact amount of possible additional charges dependent on the number of variations and the complexity of its processing.

Compliance with deadlines for these activities is very important and we highly respect them. At the same time, we accommodate the maximum possible exceptions to meet your needs and expectations. All of your requests are handled individually, in cooperation with the developer.
