T3 is a professionally developedtrain-the-trainer program

designed to provide employment and training one-stop centers with training and access to the

Strive for Students Work Readiness Training Program curriculum, program materials

and career resources.

1. Our professionally developed, train-the-trainer program allows our clients to use our top-rated training curriculum, program materials and career resources. Focus on program self-sufficiency with ongoing support and training. Access to our online resources including the DISC Behavioral Assessment and the

required WIA pre and post tests, which provides dynamic test results. Access to our professionally designed program materials, updated every year to

maintain program relevancy and integrity. We provide your organization with a Program Completer’s Report for each class

that are ideal for annual program audits.2. Thorough, on-site training with flexible scheduling sessions.

1. Trainers are carefully selected from our proven recruiting and job benchmarking strategy. Careful screening process to ensure trainer success. Culturally relevant - Community members teaching community members.

2. Must have a passion for helping people live successful and productive lives!

3. Public speaking capabilities.4. College graduate with Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work-related

experience.5. Extensive background in Career Development and/or Social Work.

6. Well-respected, credible community or department member.


1. Willingness to uphold the integrity of the Strive for Students training curriculum.

2. Availability of computer lab for up to 20 students.3. Appropriate classroom space for up to 20 students.4. Commitment to the Strive for Students Code of Classroom Conduct

and Trainer Integrity.5. Pledge to honor all signed non-compete, non-disclosure and no-hire

agreements.6. Willingness to provide support to T3 trainers.


Step 1: Your organization submits completed applications paperwork, signed agreements and application fee.

Step 2: Strive for Students conducts an in-depth interview with your organization and your T3 Training Candidates.

Step 3: Strive for Students conducts a thorough reference and background check plus a drug test of your T3 Training Candidates.

Step 4: Strive for Students schedules and confirms your T3 Training Session; 2 ½ days for T3 Training and 3 days for CareerQuest™-WRT Evaluation Session.

Step 5: Strive for Students conducts your T3 Training and Evaluation; T3 Training Candidates are evaluated, tested and certified. Access to online resources are set-up.
