Press Release of ‘Express Thyself’- An Intra-University Extempore Speech Competition at BRAC University

As part of the BRAC University English Campaign, BRAC University Business Club (BIZ BEE) organized ‘Express Thyself’- An Intra-University Extempore Speech Competition. The event was held on the 27th of March at 11am. The chief guests of the program were Lady Syeda Sarwat Abed, Director of BRAC Institute of Languages (BIL), Jovy Sarjeant, Consultant for BIL, Md. Jabir Al Mursalin, Senior Lecturer of BRAC Business School and Club Adivsor of BIZ BEE and other distinguished faculty members.

In this competition, the participants were given various topics based on which they gave extempore speeches. The best participants were selected for the next round. In the final round, the contestants competed one last time and the winner and runners up were declared. Later on, they were rewarded for their success.

In this fascinating event, a large number of students and faculty members attended, which made it a huge success.
