Here a l oud . As the act i o ns unfo l d , have the
ch i l d ren act them out ask i ng the ye l l ow
dots to ra i se the i r hands when a ye l l ow
dot act i o n o ccurs , o r the b lue dots to
ra i se the i r hands when a b lue dot act i o n
o ccurs . As the reader t i l t s the books have
k i ds l ean to the r i ght , and then the l e ft .
When the dots l i ne up , have the k i ds s i t up
stra i ght , and turn out the l i ghts when the
dots are on the b lack background . When
