Welcome to the eLearning Course on Effective Electoral Assistance. This course is based on the EC-UNDP Joint Training on Effective Electoral Assistance initiative conducted in collaboration with International IDEA and developed on the structure and the contents of the “EC Methodological Guide on Electoral Assistance”, of IDEA’s “Handbook on Electoral Management Design” and of “UNDP Electoral Assistance Implementation Guide”.

A forthcoming training session is expected to take place in Maputo in June 2008... [more].

Joint Training on

Effective Electoral

Assistance

eLearning

EC-UNDP-IDEA(voice narrating text) With the demand in this kind of training being very high, mobilising such a large number of persons and organising these training events caused some limitations to this initiative in financial and logistical terms and in the intended outreach. To address these important issues, the Joint Task Force realised the need for the “face-to-face” training activities to be closely complemented by a more comprehensive, more customisable, eLearning-based versions of the Effective Electoral Assistance training courses.
