E-school Management SystemThe parents of students are very busy now a days, this school management sys-tem helps the parents monitor their children from anywhere. They can check theirchildren's academic performance from a remote location. They can also depositthe school fees, bus fees etc., using online secured payment integrated with thisapplication (online payment available with pro version).

Using this school management system the users can see the students class atten-dance in various formats, day-wise, monthly attendance, session or total atten-dance.

Marks or report card can be viewed or added.

Assignment's & homework' s can be viewed or posted using this application.

Online leave applications can also be filed by students which gets viewed whenthe teachers take the daily attendance

Books, apparels & other essential items can be bought online using the onlineshopping cart included with the school management system (online purchasingavailable in proversion).

School and class notices can also be posted using this applicationThe School Management System also has a built in forum which develops an onlinestudent teacher community over the net, sharing each others ideas.






Notices:School Notices can be posted by the admin, which can be for whole school or classspecific, visible only to students or class teachers of that specific class.It acts likethe school-notice-board.

ThoughtsThought of the day can be added, the system randomly shows daily the thoughts onthe top-bar of the application.




Report-CardsThis section shows all the results/marks/performance of students. Students can viewtheir marks/report-card in this section. Admin/Parents can watch students/Childsperformance.


HomeworkHomework can be created with the help of a rich-text editor tool or a file can be up-loaded having the homework. Students can view the list of available homework forthem & can view or download them & complete the homework by the due date.

Exam schedulesExam schedules can be posted on the system so that students/parents & teachers canview all the list of exams/tests scheduled. These can be created online on the systemor the list can be uploaded to the server.




Bus/ScheduleThis section shows the list of buses available, their routes with maps & bus sched-ules. A GPRS enabled school-bus tracking system can also be added to this systemfor real-time tracking of the school-bus (students/children).* will be available in future, needs GPRS devices to be installed on the bus.


HolidaysThis shows the list of available holidays for the school. Students/Parents/Teacherscan view the holidays.

Message BoardA full-featured message-board/forum is there in the system which enables students,teachers, principal & parents to create an online community & discuss their views,thoughts & ideas on various topics. These forums are monitored by the admin. Anabusive language filter is installed which restricts the use of abusive content on theforums.
