Behavioral Health Data Warehouse Phase I Project Overview

Receipt of four (4) years of behavioral health data from ValueOptions, New Mexico (VONM), the current behavioral health Statewide Entity (SE).

ValueOptions’ contract will expire June 30, 2009 New Contract with Optum Health-NM beginning

July 1, 2009

Schedule Status

Currently the project is on schedule Presented to the TARC on 06/10 – Approved!!! Have already received four data feeds from

VONM; 3/12/09 Initial data load; 4/15/09 Data Refresh; 5/15/09 Data Refresh, and 6/15/09 Data Refresh

Remaining scheduled dates to receive data from VONM: July 15, 2009- Data Refresh August 15, 2009- Data Refresh October 6, 2009- Final data feed; full refresh

Implementation Phase

The Implementation Phase includes the following: IV&V contract deliverables; Systems Administration Support contract deliverables; Build and Configure the Development, Test and

Production Environment; Test, process and import four years of behavioral

health data received from VONM into the Development Environment Database Server;

Load/Copy data from the Development Environment to the Test Environment;

Load/Copy data from the Test Environment to the Production Environment.

Fox Systems, Inc. has been selected as the IV&V vendor for Phase One of the Data Warehouse Project.
