NOVO HOME warrants products sold to the original consumer from the date of purchase as follows: General Workmanship - All goods will be deemed to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 2 years from date of original purchase. Frame Warranty - All Frames are carefully engineered for long life and are covered for a lifetime. YES, Includes Labor! Recliner Mechanisms - All Mechanisms used in NOVO HOME Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chairs carry a lifetime replacement warranty. YES, Includes Labor! Electronics - All Electronics used in NOVO HOME Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chairs are covered for a period of 5 years. YES, Includes Labor! Conditions and Exclusions Consumers may have other rights that will vary from state to state. NOVO HOME will repair, or replace products covered under the “General Warranty” at its discretion, provided that the product has not been put into “commercial use”, been abused in a fashion not normal to everyday residential use, and that the product has not been exposed to fire, smoke, water, extreme heat or cold. The product is covered for the periods stated in the context of indoor residential use to the original owner from the date of purchase. Warranty Exclusions

• Fabric wear • Improper maintenance, operation, & storage • Contamination of any kind • Commercial use • Battery fluid leakage • Abuse, improper use, accident, or negligence • Circumstances beyond NOVO HOME control • Repairs made without advance authorization by NOVO

HOME or repairs made by anyone other than an authorized Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chair provider or dealer. Use of any non-approved NOVO HOME part will void this warranty

Mechanism - Lifetime Warranty

NOVO HOME offers a lifetime warranty on all mechanisms used in Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chairs. The lifetime warranty applies to all parts of the mechanism assemblies, including rivets, screws, bushings, scissor mechanisms and pins, for as long as the chair is in use with the original owner. NOVO HOME will cover the cost of transportation for any replacement parts. The warranty also covers metal fatigue that results in a mechanism failure. This warranty applies to residential use only.

NOVO HOME will replace or repair any defective mechanisms at its option with no shipping charges to the original owner, provided there is no evidence of product abuse, or commercial use.

All Warranty work requires advance authorization by NOVO HOME. Parts & Labor TBD by NOVO HOME.

Electrical Components - Five-Year Warranty

NOVO HOME offers a 5-year warranty on all electrical components used in your new Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chair. This includes:

• Electric Motors • Transformers • Hand Control • Wiring Connections & Wires

In the event that any of the electrical components fail or are found to have a manufacturing defect, NOVO HOME will repair or replace the part at its option, including transportation costs, for as long as the chair is in use with the original owner. This warranty applies to residential use only.

All Warranty work requires advance authorization by NOVO HOME. Parts & Labor TBD by NOVO HOME.

Wood Frame & Frame Components- Lifetime Warranty

NOVO HOME offers a lifetime warranty on all wood frames and wood frame components used in Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chairs. In the event that any part of the frame or wood frame components fail, or is found to have a manufacturing defect, NOVO HOME will repair or replace the product at its option, including transportation costs for as long as the chair is in use with the original owner. This warranty applies to residential use only. Repair Parts & Labor will be determined by NOVO HOME and all repairs require NOVO HOME authorization.

General Workmanship & Manufacturing Defects

NOVO HOME warrants all Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chairs to be free from manufacturing defects and defects in materials used to construct all Serta® Lift Chairs for a period of two-years from the original date of purchase. NOVO HOME will replace or repair Serta® Perfect Lift™ Chair products found to have defective workmanship or materials at its option with no shipping charges to the original owner, provided there is no evidence of product abuse or commercial use.

Implied Warranties

Implied warranties, including those of fitness for particular purpose or merchantability, are limited to (1) year from date of purchase and to the extent permitted by law. Any/all other implied warranties are excluded.

Liabilities for consequential damages under any & all warranties are excluded.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Order Process:

• All new customers must complete a Dealer Credit Application at: www.novo-home.com/credit/

• The customer or sales rep completes the Serta Perfect Lift Chair Order Form at: www.novo-home.com/customer-order-form-serta-perfect-lift-chair/

• A manual Serta Perfect Lift Chair Order Form may also be completed and emailed to [email protected]

• A confirmation email will be sent to the sales rep and the customer, provided the customer email is provided

• Upon credit verification and provided the goods are in stock, the order is processed, an invoice created, and copies of the invoice are emailed to the customer and the sales rep

• If the goods backordered, a few days prior to shipping, we will contact the sales rep informing them of product availability, the revised ship date, and any revisions necessary to the original customer order (quantities)

• ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED FREIGHT PRE-PAID UNDER NOVO NEGOTIATED FREIGHT RATES UNLESS THE CUSTOMER REQUESTS TO USE THEIR OWN CARRIER. PLEASE NOTE DEALER FREIGHT PREFERENCE ON THE CUSTOMER ORDER FORM
