Theme Birthdays Organization for both children and babies, where it offers numerous birthday packages to meet its customers’ needs.

Ô Happy Day is a limited liability company composed of young enthusiastic entrepreneurs having a diversified expertise in different fields of management.

2. Barriers to Entry and Exit

2.1 Barriers to Entry: For our case, there are no barriers to

entry since the government nowadays encourages new and young entrepreneurs and facilitate the procedures to start up their businesses.

Concerning the capital, we don’t need a high initial capital, which will allow us to start our business without any constraint.

2.2 Barriers to Exit: The price we have to pay for

the employees as compensation is the most important barrier to exit.

The fixed cost is the cost of all equipment that will not be refunded like the cost of decoration equipments. For example the cost

of ‚ Bloated games‚ and theme outfits.

3.1 Desired Image and Position in the Market

Our brand will be positioned in the market according to two dimensions. At the outset, we aim to position our brand locally as a challenger at our start against other organizations operating in the same sector. Then, a good placement of our brand in the mind of customers will be our primary concern, which will be achieved through our services’ perceived benefits, image, and equity.

Ô Happy Day will be offering different birthday packages where customers can opt for the most relevant one for them. Our packages are as follows:

Simply Package:

Clown, Decoration, A birthday cake, Candies, Beverage Music.

Surprise Party Package :

clown, DJ, a magician,  decoration by theme, a theme uniform, a birthday cake, candies, beverages, pictures album + CD, playing several games, food, invitation cards, a gift for the main child as well as small gifts for guests.

We chose as a form of ownership for our business a Limited Liability Company. We assume that this form of ownership will supply us with a number of advantages among which:

Limited Liability: Owners of a LLC have the liability protection of a corporation. A LLC exists as a separate entity much like a corporation. Members cannot be held personally liable for debts unless they have signed a personal guarantee.

Flexible Profit Distribution: Limited liability companies can select varying forms of distribution of profits. Unlike a common partnership where the split is 50-50, LLC have much more flexibility.

No Minutes: Corporations are required to keep formal minutes, have meetings, and record resolutions. The LLC business structure requires no corporate minutes or resolutions and is easier to operate.

Flow through Taxation: All business losses, profits, and expenses flow through the company to the individual members. The partners avoid the double taxation of paying corporate tax and individual tax. Generally, this will be a tax advantage, but circumstances can favour a corporate tax structure.
