CA&B Enterprise Ltd, better know as CNET ANTIGUA & BARBUDA, is a legally registered company in
Antigua and Barbuda and is a subsidiary company of CNET International,
CNET ANTIGUA (CNET) is a privately run consortium of strategic partners in the community
development and renewable energy sector. Our mission is to create sustainable communities
through a network of building initiatives that focus on sustainability and growth to proliferate
development and autonomy of independent countries.
CNET Antigua recognizes the need to improve and advance agricultural initiatives in Antigua and
Barbuda and throughout the Caribbean. We will focus on integrating state-of-the-art technology, and
develop solutions that will ensure that food and nutrition are safe; all of which contributes to a
secure, independent nation. In addition, the quest to improve farmers’ profit and livelihoods, the
intensification of adaptation of climate change mitigation measures, and the need to regulate the
local market environment is enveloped in the establishment and promotion of the smart model E-
friendly Antigua and Barbuda HACCAP (Hazard Analysis Certified Control Point) Pack-house Complex.
The vision for the Complex captures a state-of-the-art investment that seeks to develop and maintain
long-term multi-generational programs which will foster the natural, social and economic aspects of
agricultural production in Antigua and Barbuda. The Complex will also continue to ensure sustainable
agricultural practices. Sustainable agriculture in Antigua and Barbuda is directly related to the
inclusive growth and the need for social and economic cohesion.
Antigua and Barbuda have tremendous potential for the growth of renewable energy, improved
water harvesting mechanisms, improved waste management, and education/training. CNET Antigua
intends to revolutionize Antigua and Barbuda’s Agriculture Sector and the total Antigua and
Barbuda’s economy by employing new, modernized farming techniques and taking advantage of
present day technology to aid in its utility operations. This alliance will also undertake the issue of
under production and low-value addition along the value chain, inadequate water supply, and
fluctuating power supply that presently challenges the growth of the sector and inhibits the
dependence of the population on other countries for meeting its food consumption requirements.

Hydroponic Technology:
Strategic Partner
Mission
The CaFan Agriculture Complex will be exploring many types of new technologies in the areas of
hydroponics, aquaponic and traditional farming. As two of the organizations in consideration, CNET-
INTL anticipates teaming with AmHydro and GrowPonics to develop the first hydroponic farms, for the
purpose of supplying quality produce to the complex.
Farmers will have the opportunity to grow and drop their products off for payment, creating a one-
stop shop for the Farmers on the island. The center will also grow fruits and vegetables that the island
currently imports, resulting in a reduced cost to the people, and growing more of what is produced on
the island for consumption and export.
AmHydro has designed and built innovative, hydroponic systems for over 30 years. We manufacture
and help install food-grade growing systems for small and large operations. Our systems are operating
in over 60 countries and in many of the United States. They range in size from 5-plus feet (for
hobbyists and educators) to multiple acres for commercial suppliers of Whole Foods and Costco.
https://amhydro.com/
Growponics Ltd. designs and builds automated greenhouses that use modern agronomics and high
technology to maximize food/plant production and profitability on crop yields grown 365 days a year,
specializing in a unique, shallow-bed, rotating using hydroponic growing methods.

Aquaculture Technology:
Strategic Partner
10
CNET-Antigua intent to team up with such companies like Water Farmers and other manufacturers
to develop the first Aquaculture projects, for the purpose of supplying quality fish and shrimp to
Antigua and the other markets.
Water Farmers will provide turnkey Aquaculture solutions around the world, Water Farmers is
Toronto’s premier professional aquaponic consulting group. We are committed to delivering
technology-based food security solutions for our clients, and driven by our belief in the value of
hyper-local whole foods. With active projects in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia, ranging from
hobby to commercial scale, Water Farmers is an industry leader in aquaponic system design.
As consumers gain awareness of the importance of consuming local and sustainable food, demand
for high-quality food products is increasing. Aquaponic technology offers productive customized
systems that implement a Cradle to Cradle philosophy, utilizing fish waste to provide nutrients for
food crops. Our greenhouses are designed for site-specific conditions, and flourish in a variety of
climatic conditions using local materials and resources whenever possible.
While technology can be used to excessively alter the science of food production, organic nutrient
processing systems such as Aquaculture present an exciting opportunity for modern farmers. Amidst
a flood of marketing messages and social stigma around food products, using an appropriate means
of production is paramount. Our intent is to translate our philosophy and vision into practical and
feasible solutions at all scales.

Mega Farm
The CaFan Agriculture Complex Mega Farm will grow fruits and vegetables that the island
currently imports, resulting in a reduced cost to the people, and growing more of what is
produced on the island for consumption and export.
The vision for the Complex captures a state-of-the-art investment that seeks to develop and
maintain long-term multi-generational programs which will foster the natural, social and
economic aspects of agricultural production in Antigua and Barbuda.

Barbuda Open-Air Market
The Barbuda Open Market:
As an extension of the CaFan Agriculture Complex, on the Island of Barbuda, which is governed
by Antigua, CNET Antigua will build an open market where citizens and merchants can sell
goods to each other for local consumption and export.
A summary of the environs for the Island of Barbuda, presented herein, are extractions from
various reports and the history of the Island. The report is intended to provide a background
against which a “central marketplace” gains credibility.
The island of Barbuda has fertile geology to support a variety of agriculture activities. Recent
reports indicate agricultural land to be approximately 30% of the Island. A sustained major
agricultural market is the result of the efforts of the local small-scale commercial farming that
provides products for the local population. Fruit, vegetables, and livestock produced on the
Island are exported throughout the Caribbean, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Export
products include fruit and vegetable and livestock. Trade also includes trading activity with
French, Guadeloupe, Martinique, St. Barthelemy, and Japan.
Marine and inland venues make up Barbuda’s fisheries which are a network of mostly small-
scale commercial fishing. Fisheries contribute about half of the GDP from all agricultural sectors
and are a significant contribution to narrowing the trade deficit.

Past Project

The Caracol Industrial Park is a $300 million project built on a 617-acre site in the North-West Department of
Haiti, in collaboration of the Haitian Government, the US State Department and the Inter-American
Development Bank. The giant park, which includes a water-treatment plant, a worker housing not far from
the facility and a 10 mega-water power, plant will create 65.000 direct employment and will be responsible
for an estimated 20.000 indirect jobs.
The industrial park official opened in October 22, 2012. The industrial park construction has faced a lot of
criticism from many concerned environmentalists, farmers, and labor advocates. To clear the way for the
construction of the park, the Haitian Government hat to evict 366 farmers from their rightfully own, very
fertile land. The anchor tenants, SNH Global, is a South Korean clothing manufacturer with labor relations
record, especially in Guatemala, here it operates many factories, is also of many concerns.
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has approved a US$41 million grant for the fifth and last phase
if the Caracol Industrial PARK (CIP), the main manufacturing hub in northern Haiti. The CIP contributes to
economic development in the north of the country, a priority for the Haitian government, by offering
attractive conditions for companies to invest and generate formal employment. The current of the project
aims to create 5,400 new jobs, of which about two-thirds will be filled by women. By 2016 CIP employed
7,620 workers, and its goal is to reach 20,000 positions by 2020.
The industrial park also helps strengthen Haiti’s economic diversification and export profile. The latest grant
from the IDB, which has contributed a total US$200.5 million to the project since 2011, will finance
construction of factory shell and other infrastructure at the CIP. It will also support SONAPI, the Haitian
government agency in charge of industrial parks, in its efforts to monitor and enforce environmental, social,
health, and safety rules. SONAPI will also develop a business plan to ensure its long-term sustainability.
During the projects initial stages, industrial buildings, internal roads, a wastewater treatment plant and water
purification plant were built. The US government donated power plan that provides energy to CIP factories
as well as to come 9,000 households in nearby communities. The IDB is Haiti’s leading multilateral donor.
Since in the 2010 earthquake it has approved more than US$1.25 billion in grant for agriculture, water and
sanitation, energy, education, transport, private sector development, and employment projects, as well as
for strengthening government institutions.

ALPHA-B’s Orphanage & Half-way House for Battered Women
ABOUT ALPHA-B’s:
Children are our heritage from God. The seventh-Day Adventist Church as instructed by God in James chapter 1, verse 27 has as a part of its church’s mission to care for the orphans and helpless among us, regardless of their creed, race or colour. It is with this profound belief that the SLM is pleased to support the dream of Nicola and Denzel Byles, devout Seventh day Adventist, to extend its program of welfare to become involved in this humble task of parenting and facilitating children from across the Eastern Caribbean States (ECS); Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, in need despite their religious affiliation. The developmental programs provided will help children in the areas of education, sports and entrepreneurship, thereby producing contributory citizens to society.
The church is aware that this is a task we could never accomplish without the helping hands of friends like CNET. We indeed pray that you will be encouraged to partner with us to give these children and at risk women the life and future they deserve.Alpha-B’s orphanage and Home for battered women is a program of the Seventh-day Adventist church and is poised to be a non-Governmental, Independent, Charity Organisation registered in Antigua and Barbuda.
Alpha-B’s will seek to provide extra-curricular activities through holiday camps and seminars aimed at spiritual guidance and counselling which will teach the children the word of God, life skill and values based on Biblical principles and moral ethics
Alpha-B’s Orphanage and Half-way House for battered women will be established on lands belonging to the church. The compound will also facilitate a dynamic complex being undertaken by the church and as outlined in the residential complex below..

Project Rational:
Today, orphans and battered women remain a burden upon extended families and society. Extended families who themselves are already mostly living from hand to mouth and many of them are victims of low socio-economic living condition themselves. In a situation like that, these families who can hardly take care of their own children naturally find it almost impossible to take in an extra child. Orphans and At-risk children too, originate as parents succumb to fatal illness such as cancer, diabetes, Aids and other devastating circumstances like, divorce, sexual and physical abuse, alcoholism and drug abuse all of which perpetuates the problem creating an even more complex situation. In fact, this scenario has been played out over and over again, so that today we have another unique problem: households headed and managed by children themselves because all grownup relatives have perished or are incapable of parenting.
In this social context, battered women deserve a special focus. The battered women themselves are of course the primary victims. But the secondary victims are their children. Boys who witness their mothers being battered are more likely to commit acts of violence themselves. Girls who observe domestic violence are more likely to tolerate abusive partners as adults, thus subjecting another generation to the same sad dynamics. Battered women are dependent on societies and systems, which are not resilient and have too little resources to mitigate their circumstances. So, clearly, one point of intervention to break this cycle of violence would involve creating a place of solace and support for these women.
Mission:To care for, support and educate those suffering the worst hardship and distress as a result of national or natural disaster or by reason of social, personal or economic circumstances.
The groups identified as being in greatest need of support under this program are:➢ Orphans and Neglected Children➢ Battered women
Vision: To provide relief from suffering, for those in most distress and hardship, that they may have the opportunity to develop and live fulfilling and worthwhile lives.
Specific Objective: To provide for the developmental needs of orphans and battered women in Antigua and Barbuda and other ECS countries through spiritual and social education, counselling, training, socialization and vocational skills.

ICO Development Coin
The Antiguan Development Coin,
Crypto Currency
The government of Antigua and Barbuda is pleased to announce its support for the CNET
Investment development projects and charities for Antigua and Barbuda.
The projects are being funded by the Initial Coin Offering for Development (ICOD)
This will be the first Development ICO supported by the government.
This initial Development Coin will fund public/private partnership development projects and
charities in Antigua and Barbuda.
In the first Development Coin release, CNET will be receiving funds to develop a state-of- the- art
hydroponic plant along with the CaFAN Agriculture Complex. It will also fund a large solar power
plant with battery storage backup. CNET will create and fund a Micro-Finance institution on the
islands.
The state- of-the-art agriculture complex and off site mega farm will facilitate the production and
distribution of fruits and vegetables that the island currently imports, resulting in a reduced cost to
the people, and growing more of what is produced on the island for consumption and export.
The facility is also set to support export throughout the Caribbean and to the United States. This
will create a variety of jobs across many industries for Antiguans and Barbudans.
Farmers will have the opportunity to produce and drop their products for payment, creating a one-
stop shop for the farmers on the island.
ALPHA-B will be starting an orphanage and Home for at risk children and youths on the island of Antigua and
Barbuda
The second Development Coin Release for Antigua and Barbuda will fund development projects on
Barbuda, such as the Barbuda Open Market and Solar Farm resulting in the reduction of energy
cost and carbon footprint into the atmosphere.
The total number of tokens generated is 100 million, of which 55 percent will be available via
crowdfunding at $1 per Antigua Coin.
The Initial Development Coin Offering (IDCO) is based on the Ethereum blockchain, allowing the
use of features such as ewallets without the need to download the complete blockchain via
Metamask or MyEtherWallet, and trading with other altcoins
