The Gambler's Choice class has each jump on course with an as-signed point value and may be jumped a maximum of two (2) times. If a jump falls, the points for that jump do not count and it may not be jumped a second time. Should a refusal occur, no penalty is incurred. At the end of 45 seconds, a tone will sound. If the horse has left the ground when the tone sounds, that jump will count provided it remains up. The rider then must cross the timer. At this time the Joker fence may be attempted once.

It is worth 100 points, but if the rail falls, 100 points will be deducted from the total. Offered at 2’6” with one higher option gamble fence.

The Scheffelridge Farm 2’ Equitation Challenge will ask riders to complete an equitation over fences course and riders will be invited back for additional work on the flat at judge’s discretion. No martin-gales will be permitted in the flat phase. To be judged on equitation.

The Scheffelridge Farm matched pairs will be two riders who ride side-by-side at the walk, trot and canter both ways of the ring.
