Qualifying Condition:
With at least 3 months contri-bution within the 12-month period before the semester of sickness
Daily cash allowance paid for the number of days a member is unable to work due to sickness or injury

Daily cash allowance granted for a female member who is unable to work due to childbirth or miscarriage
Qualifying Condition:
With at least 3 months contri-bution within the 12-month period before the semester of childbirth or miscarriage

Cash benefit granted to member who suffers partial or total permanent disability; paid either as pension or lump sum
Qualifying Condition:
With at least 1month contri-bution prior to the semester of contingency (>36 contri–pension; <36 contri-lum sum)

Cash benefit granted to member who can no longer work due to old age; paid either as partial or lump sum (60 yrs old – optional / 65 yrs old – mandatory)
Qualifying Condition:
120 contributions prior to semester of retirement (<120 contri – lump sum.)

Cash grant given to whoever paid the deceased member’s funeral expenses
Qualifying Condition:
Member must have paid at least 1 month contribution prior to the semester of contingency
