VM S.r.l. is located in Bassano del Grappa, a very nice town in the Venice Area. It is founded by a group of entrepreneurs with a solid experience in the promotion and sale of the Veneto Region as attractive territory. They believe in its development and in its potential to attract both visitors and investments.

Starting from this corporate philosophy, VM’s main goal is to create resources for the territory, launching business opportunities with other Italian and foreign territories. VM believes in promoting collaborations and new networks supporting those entrepreneurial activities that will arise.

VM offers to its clients several kinds of services and activities for the public and private sector: • Graphic study and creation of promotional material; • Advertising campaigns and web service / Press office and media management • Fund rising and partnership / Events organization and catering • Booking and back office / Incentive and company training • Selling of local products / Management of public and private calls

VM is specialized in carrying out projects in a wide range of sectors. They serve clients who are entrepreneurs whose companies are leaders in their sector at national and international level. Many of their projects are avant-garde and awarded by Italian and European institutions.

The recent project is “The Rebirth of the Silk Road” that will be presented in Brussels in April, at the headquarters of the European Commission, in the “Grow your Region” event dedicated to clusters and smart specialization (regional strategies for research and development). This project has been the candidate selected by the Veneto Region from Italy and it will be analyzed as part of determining the best European practices for Research & Innovation policies.

The projects is focused on the production of Italian silk in Veneto after 50 years. VM manages a network of economic partners involved for launching this revolutionary project at national and international level. One of the first results reached by the network is the production of silk and gold jewellery using Italian silk (www.fairsilkway.com)

VM is specialized in incoming-tourism for the Veneto Region and operates through its own Travel Agency known as OLD BRIDGE. OLD BRIDGE promotes and commercializes principally the tourism in the Region of Veneto and in other attractive Italian areas. OLD BRIDGE assures to its clients exclusive offers for holidays and business trips, where a variety of fabulous events in beautiful locations and interesting meetings are guaranteed. • In 2002 Ms. Bressan graduated in Sociology (University of Trento). • In 2003 she earned her master’ degree in Criminology at UNICRI (United Nations Interregional Crime and Justice Research Institute – www.unicri.it ), where from 2003 to 2004 she worked as an intern and consultant on halting the trafficking of minors from South Africa and Asia. • From 2004 to 2006 she worked as a researcher on petty crime and new forms of crime set up by new information technologies for an Italian Ngo Gruppo Abele (www.gruppoabele.org). • From 2007 to 2009 she was a researcher for the Martino Martini Centre (University of Trento – www.centrostudimartinomartini.it), where she studied the economic development of the Chinese community in northern Italy. • From 2008 to 2013 she attended the doctoral programme in Social Sciences at the University of Trento. In April 2013 she was awarded a PhD in “Sociology and Social Research” with a thesis on Economic Sociology focused on the Chinese entrepreneurship in Italy.

The main focus of the Company is the economic intermediation between Italy and China and Asian countries. This decision was linked to Ms. Bressan’s professional experience at another company, CIT NETWORK TRADING, which is no longer in business. It focused on supporting the economic relationships between Italy and China.

CIT Network’s main goal is to facilitate economic trade between Italy, China and Asian countries, including Italian business investments, exchanges and activities in China and other Asian countries as well as Asian business people looking for opportunities in Italy. Recently the Company is relating with other foreign markets very attractive for new business opportunities linked with Italy.

CIT NETWORK also aims to offer high-level training courses and to support research endeavors dealing with all sectors of corporate, economic and socio-cultural interests.

Since 2013 CIT NETWORK has been collaborating with VM and OLD BRIDGE. Recently this collaboration increased and Ms. Bressan is working as Old Bridge Business Development Consultant. Her task is to create new contacts with international Travel Agencies opening OLD BRIDGE’s doors towards new markets. Her contributor is also focused on creating touristic proposals where Italian beauty, creativity and enterpreneurship are celebrated.
