The Hemp Oil used in the manufacturing process of all Galehemp®Lineproducts is certified as non-psychoactive ingredient.

Hempseed oil or “hemp oil” is obtained by hemp seeds and has unexpected benefits for the skin thanks to the Essential Fatty Acids content (75%), especially omega-6 and omega-3 and Vitamins:

o Inflammation and irritation calming properties, while enhancing new cell generation; it softens, calms, relieves sensitive or irritated skin

o Not excessively oily, balances out oily skin, regulating the skin’s oil productiono Limits the loss of water in the skin, prevents dehydration and dryingo Moisturizing without clogging pores propertieso It filters part of the UV rays

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Liquid emulsifier• PEG free• Non-ionic• Most suitable for fluid formulations

and gel-creams• Alternative to polyethoxylated

emulsifiers in terms of performance• Ideal for O/W emulsions, used in cold

process as a percentage 4 - 6 %• Aspect: viscous liquid • Very easy to manage, introduced into

the lipophilic phase of the emulsion which can vary 6-20%

• In the aqueous phase is usually introduced a thickener.

Method: Heat phase A at 75°C, heat and disperse ingredients of phase B at 70°C. Add A to B slowly and mix. Disperse phase C and mix. At room temperature homogenize for some minutes. Add phase D.
