• Human Factors 145 a 30 (e) and Amc & Gm INITIAL/RECURRENT: Human Factorscovers a range of issues including the perceptual, physical and mental capabilities, the interaction and effects on individuals of their job and working environments. Objectives: understanding and identify the nature of Human Error; Reduce humanerror working under the stress and fatigue; Identify strategies for reducing HumanError; Adopt a non-punitive policy toward human error (not violations); Identifythreats of repetitive tasks before they become errors, empowering the Visualinspection; control and implement correct communication within and betweenteams
• Air Operation EASA 965/2012 FAMILIARIZATION/ADVANCE: The course is focused onrequirements at the European level for CAT (Commercial Air Transport) operationsof aeroplanes and helicopters. The course will highlight the changes from EU-OPS 1and JAR-OPS 3 requirements to the new EASA OPS Regulations. The newImplementing Rules (Regulation EC 965/2012) will be applicable from 28 October2014
• Safety Management System: This course is specifically designed to give a basicunderstanding of the elements and functions involved in a compliant ICAO SafetyManagement Systems (SMS) and EASA Management System (SM)
