Defi: dicover the secret of the house!

In every Châteauform’, you can discover a different activity done by the host couple and by our team.

Your participants will have the possibility to strenghten the bounds and discover the house in a funny way.Participants are divided into teams; they will have to follow a circuit and overcome different challenges. Thanks to the cohesion, participants will discover that they can reach great results all together. The presentation of the award to the winning team will be organized during an aperitif in the park or at the bar.

Outdoor adventure

A unique experience, where nature has the main role and it is not a mere playground. This experience will allow you to work on team feeling, communication skills and team group work.

Pretend to be a tribe discovering a new area… a great metaphor that can describe several business situations(changes, new products, new aims..). The participants have to create interpersonal bonds through adventurous activities: sensorial activities, orienteering, building objects with all they find in nature, walking blind through the park and other activities to build durable bonds in the group.

Theatrical ImprovisationImprovisation is an effective technique for living and rediscovering personal characteristics, as well as relational and working dynamics in a surprising and spontaneous way. A path of experiences, both individual and group, which lead participants to overcome set beliefs, habits, conventions, and behavior which limit professional growth. Through a game-playing and fun methodology the participants are protagonists, authors and directors of their own experiences: they are called to use emotions, creativity and listening to create harmony to use for themselves and their team.
