The numeric strength of the Cadets inGhana has grown steadily over the years

to Nine thousand (9000) Cadets Between

the ages of Twelve (12) to twenty eight(28) years that is to say Students from th

Junior, Senior and Tertiary Institutions of

Which the Naval Cadet Corps forms only20% due to typical facts of lack of

logistics and strong support.

institutions across the ten (10)Regions of the Country with Training

support from the Ministry of Defence

(Army, Navy, Air Force) and otheragencies that have a affiliations with

the Cadet Corps.

The Naval Cadet Corps is a cross section of the

National Cadet Corps Ghana. It is the smallest

among all three arms of service in the cadet corps.The Naval Cadet Corps has it mother in the Ghana

Armed Forces which is the Ghana Navy.

The Ghana Navy over the years has rended thier

maximum support to the Naval CadetCorps inGhana but due to insufficient logistics and

accomodation in the Ghana Navy now support for

logistics and accomodation for cadets

CAMP (NLTC)

This is a camp where we bring together all ourcadets in the country together for basicLeadership Training normally during Long

Vacations in a Jungle. Last years programmewas from the 10thto the 19thAugust 2006.

During this Camp we have a total of about1,000 Cadets from all the various Arms ofservice.
