  The play structure is well placed and in fine shape… no issue with clearance to the retaining wall

  There are several alternatives for shade, in a range of affordable set ups. We can save funds by installing ourselves; we now have access to the technical specifications and places to purchase

  The existing swing set can be made compliant by simply replacing a couple of bolts that are too long and removing one swing, leaving the other two to share the one bay as per regulations.

  We now have a quote for the toddler swing set
