NUEVO SISTEMA DE JUSTICIA PENAL:

MÓDULO DE MEDIACIÓN”

Abstract

This work describes the activities and projects made during the

period of professional internship along over 16 weeks in to the

dependence of government agency “Procuraduria General de

Justicia” located on the avenue José Sulaimán Chagnón

junction with Beltway United Nations, Victoria city of Tamaulipas

state, México.

The project mentioned that development in the IT department

organization of the aforementioned for the purpose of students

and professionals of information technologies, have an overview

of the activities that can be performed in this type of business

and appreciate how attractive it may be to enter this laboral

sector.

Introduction

For this project we focus on the legal process of mediation, which is to mediate (agree) a misdemeanor, between two people involved (the affected and the offender), that is to say determine what conditions the affected requests for the offender pay for his offense without a trial and avoid a sentence involving prison.

The project was realized during the period of stay, it is a module of a computer system that resides on a web server government, which in turn becomes part of a broader criminal justice system.

Was developed under the programming language C# with Microsoft ASP.NET FrameWork 2010 in conjunction with the database engine SQL Server 2008, in addition to the relevant tests in order to function successfully.

General objectives of the project

Develop an information system that automates the legal process of mediation,

under the methodology of software development "model of evolutionary

development" (spiral).

Specifics objectives of the project

Description: The Procuraduria General de Justicia is a federal agency responsible for enforcing the principles of objectivity, impartiality, professionalism and honesty, which together according to the Public Prosecutor investigate crimes and the prosecution of offenders, ensuring respect for fundamental rights of individuals, meaning through continuous improvement in the performance of their substantive areas

Objective: Seek Justice observing the principles of objectivity, impartiality, professionalism and honesty in the primary role of the Public Ministry, which is the investigation of crimes and the prosecution of offenders, ensuring respect for the fundamental rights of individuals, through continuous improvement in the performance of their substantive areas.

In the spiral model, the software is developed in a series of

incremental releases. During the first iteration, the incremental

version might be a paper model or prototype. During the last

iterations, increasingly complex system designed versions are

produced.

denuncias que están en proceso de mediación

De tipo Indispensable para el departamento de mediación para un mejor manejo

de aquellas denuncias que se deben de mediar en tiempo y forma

The project was to develop the New Criminal Justice System:

Mediation module which consists of the files and records of

minor offenses that do not warrant jail. This module shows all

records of people who have gone to mediate a crime, the end

result would improve all crimes of each municipality in the state

that have been mediated or are in process.

Future work as a programmer in the area of mediation can

improve the system based on the same code and more

experienced in web development and management systems

database, to create a more complete and secure system with

records management and all other information relevant to this

department contemplating the New Criminal Justice System:

Mediation Module.
