PRESENT SIMPLE

The Present Simple is used to

express the idea that an action is

repeated or usual.

The action can be a habit, a hobby,

a daily event, a routine, a scheduled

event or something that often

happens.

PRESENT SIMPLE

It is formed with the following elements:

• Subject (noun or pronoun)

• Verb in its basic form

Add an “s” if the subject corresponds

to a third person of the singular

• Complement

now.

• Main verb in present participle (“ing”

ending)
