1. Print Side 1 on 11x17 paper (if you only have access to 8.5 x 11, set printing to reduce to fit paper – some alignment problems will result, however – this is designed for an end measurement of 11x11).

2. Flip paper over and print Side 2.3. Cut along outer borders using either side, then cut along “cut” lines (do not cut into

the white center area – only cut where the colors meet).4. Fold along lines A and B - white center area (PAQ Analysis Overview) is still visible on

the back.5. Fold along lines C and D – white center area is visible on back, and quadrant overviews

are visible on front.
